It is recommended to invite the bot with regular permissions and use other access roles or channel overrides to give it access to your staff bot channels and permission to send messages in restricted channels, etc.

However, if you do not understand permissions enough, or are simply lazy, you can use the second invite link. The reason this is not recommended is simply because you should always avoid granting unnecessary permissions.

If you want to restrict even more permissions, check the permissions info page for a list of permissions the bot requests and why it does, and you can remove those that are not required for what you plan to do.
